Artificial Intelligence as a Tool for Digital Diplomacy: Strengthening Morocco’s Diplomatic Influence in a Changing International Landscape – A. Sigoul


Abstract

This paper examines how artificial intelligence (AI) can bolster the diplomatic influence of Morocco amidst evolving international relations. As digital technologies redefine global power dynamics, digital diplomacy has emerged as a critical frontier for statecraft. Drawing upon a comprehensive literature review, empirical data from governmental and international organizations, and case studies, this research explores the integration of AI tools in diplomatic practices. The analysis focuses on AI’s potential to enhance strategic communications, information analysis, and predictive analytics, thereby reinforcing Morocco’s soft power and diplomatic outreach. Our findings suggest that, through targeted AI applications, Morocco can not only modernize its diplomatic engagements but also carve a niche as a regional digital leader.
